These preview terms define the product boundary while SnagAction is being tested before paid commercial launch.

No paid contract yet. Pricing and plan reservations are validation offers. Billing is not active and the current site does not take payment. Final commercial terms require the operator’s legal identity and jurisdiction-specific review.

Purpose

SnagAction helps a qualified professional capture visible site observations, organise photographic evidence, prepare editable bilingual wording, issue report revisions and record reinspection outcomes.

Professional responsibility

The software does not inspect the property, discover hidden defects, certify compliance, determine severity or replace professional judgement. The inspecting professional remains responsible for the accuracy, scope, limitations, priority, requested action, acceptance decision, signature and distribution of every report.

AI boundary

AI output is an editable draft, not an engineering conclusion. Users must review it against the original observation before issue. Do not rely on it to assign liability, infer a technical cause or certify that a repair is complete.

Permitted use

Use only accounts and project data you are authorised to access.
Do not upload unlawful material or evidence that you have no right to process.
Do not attempt to access another user’s projects or disrupt the service.
Maintain your own appropriate professional review and client communication process.

Preview availability

The preview may change, pause or remove features while validation continues. Report revisions are stored for continuity, but users should retain copies of issued client deliverables appropriate to their professional obligations.
