What counts as one property?

One saved unit, house or clearly defined inspection area with its initial report and later close-out revisions kept under the same record.

Can I share the report with a contractor?

Yes. Reports can currently be printed or saved as PDF and shared. A live contractor portal is not included in the private preview.

Does AI decide whether a defect is serious?

No. AI can assist with clear bilingual drafting, but the inspector controls the observation, priority, requested action and final issued report.

Can I pay now?

Not yet. You can reserve Pay as you go or Solo under your signed-in account, but checkout remains inactive until a verified payment-provider account is connected.
